Drive or Flash Drive

1. Connect the external hard drive to your laptop by using
a USB or FireWire port.
2. If the drive has an external power source, turn on the
drive.
3. After the laptop recognizes the external or flash drive,
you see the window.
4. Choose the option you want to use. You can either open
specific media files or explore the folders and files on
the drive.
5. Now that the drive is connected, you can use it as you
would use any other hard drive. To explore the drive further, click the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of
the screen and select Computer.
