Send a New E-Mail in Windows Mail
1. Click Start and choose All Programs?Windows Mail.
2. In the Windows Mail window,
click the Create New button to start a new e-mail.
3. In the Documents window, enter
the e-mail address, subject, and information.
4. Click the Spell Check icon on the menu bar to check the
spelling and grammar in your e-mail message.
5. Click Send to finish your e-mail and send it on its way.
Be specific on the Subject line. Not only will your recipient be able
to determine at a glance the content of your message, but your
message will also stand a better chance of making it past the spam
filters.
You can write an e-mail at any time, but it is sent only if the
Windows Mail program is on while you’re connected to a network.
Until then, the message resides on your computer and waits to be
sent.
Click the Send/Receive button on the Windows Mail toolbar to force
the program to send all items and check for new e-mail on your
server
